CUSTOM PAINTING ORDER PROCESS

 

Requesting a Custom Painting:

• Submit a detailed request for a custom painting, outlining your vision, preferences, and any specific elements you would like to be included.
• Provide reference images, color preferences, and any other relevant details to help us understand your vision.

Consultation:

• We will schedule a consultation to discuss your custom painting request, ensuring a clear understanding of your preferences and expectations.

Author's Sketches:

• Upon agreement on the estimate, Artist will create initial author's sketches for your review.
• After this consultation, we will provide an estimate for the custom artwork based on the complexity and size of the project.
• You will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request revisions to ensure the sketches align with your vision.

50% Prepayment:

• After finalizing the sketches and reaching an agreement, a 50% prepayment is required before starting the actual painting process.
• Prepayment is non-refundable and secures your commitment to the project.

Painting Process:

• We will keep you updated on the progress of your custom painting, providing images at various stages for your review and feedback.
• Minor adjustments can be made during the painting process, but significant changes may incur additional charges.

Final Approval:

• Once the painting is complete, we will share a final image for your approval.
• Any final adjustments should be communicated at this stage.

Shipping:

• Upon your final approval, the remaining 50% payment plus shipping and insurance costs are required before the painting is securely packaged and shipped to the provided address.

 CUSTOM PAINTING ORDER CONTRACT

This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Alexei Antonov/Antonovart.com ("Artist") and the purchaser __________________________ ("Client") for the creation and purchase of a custom painting. By submitting a request, participating in negotiations, and making a prepayment, the Client agrees to the following terms:

• Description of Work:

The Artist will create a custom painting based on the Client's specifications, as outlined in the provided sketches and agreed upon during the consultation.

• 50% Prepayment:

A 50% non-refundable prepayment is required after the Client approves the sketches and before the Artist commences work on the custom painting.

• Ownership:

The Client will own the physical painting, but the copyright and reproduction rights remain with the Artist.

• Timeline:

The Artist will provide an estimated timeline for completion, subject to adjustment based on the complexity of the project.

• Shipping:

The remaining 50% payment plus shipping and insurance costs   are required before the painting is shipped. The Artist is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

• Approvals and Revisions:

The Client will have the opportunity to approve sketches, request revisions, and provide feedback during the painting process. Once the final image is approved, no further revisions can be made.

By participating in the custom painting order process and making a prepayment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
