Artwork descriptions:

All descriptions provided for original artwork and limited edition prints are as accurate as possible. Please review the details and contact us for more information before making a purchase.

Payment:

Payments are accepted through secure online transactions. Prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollars).
Original paintings may require a non-refundable deposit before shipment.

Shipping:

We offer worldwide shipping on both original paintings and limited edition prints.
Free shipping is available for all prints throughout the United States. Shipping of Originals is also free in the USA.
The cost of shipping all items overseas is calculated based on the destination and is displayed during the checkout process.
Any additional taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery times:

Delivery times may vary depending on the buyer's location and possible customs delays. We endeavor to provide approximate delivery times during checkout.

Returns and Refunds:

Original paintings may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Limited edition prints are not returnable or refundable unless damaged. Please inspect the package upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any problems. Return and refund policy

Damaged Items:

In rare cases, if your artwork is delivered damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging for evaluation.

Copyright and reproduction:

Copyright is not transferred to the buyer when purchasing a work of art. Reproduction or commercial use of artwork without express permission is prohibited.
